LCC now boasts a team of over 80 professional teachers with strong educational background of PhD, Master or Bachelor degrees. Most of them have overseas working experience; hold professional titles of professor, associate professor, or lecturer, and certificates of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language issued by the Ministry of Education (MOE). Using English, French, Japanese, German, Spanish， Polish and Russian as media language, LCC teachers not only have abundant experiences of teaching Chinese language and cultural courses, but also apply innovative teaching methods. They receive trainings on a regular basis to ensure continuous development of their professional standard and competence.
